Hello, am I able to control my Sonos Five with a voice command if it is paired with Sonos voice-enabled speakers such as a set of Eros 100s?

Sure. Voice control of all Sonos speakers ever made is possible as long as you have a Sonos device with a voice control microphone, or a third party device such as an Echo. Note: they must be on the same system if you are using Sonos Voice Control.
