I posted this on Reddit today, no responses yet.

I was watching the Today Show this morning when they mentioned that Dolly Parton was postponing her Vegas residency due to health concerns; (get well Dolly!) Suddenly, my system muted TV audio and music started playing rather loudly-you guessed it-Dolly Parton! System is a Beam (g2) Sub 4 and 2 One's as surrounds. I have had Alexa devices respond when they "heard" a wake word from a TV program but this is a first for me with Sonos. No wake word preceded this playing of the music.

Upon checking recently played, it was an Apple Music station that was created for Dolly Parton. Not an existing or favorite. Any ideas are appreciated.

Any chance you have a voice assistant turned on? That’s the only way I could conceive of a Sonos switching sources and playing an alternate ‘stream’.

I’d have been tempted, at the time, to submit a diagnostic, but I suspect we’re long past the time that Sonos ‘stores’ that data in your speakers.

I do have both Alexa & Sonos voice assistants turned on but, as far as I can tell, there was no “wake word.” ( “Hey Sonos” or “ Computer” ( my wake word for Alexa).

thanks for the reply-

Yea, I’m always cautious about those. My ‘Echo’ for Alexa gets misconstrued all the time, it’s why I’m somewhat nervous about it all. I have little faith in those. I wanted to go with ‘computer’, but I use that word too much in my work situations,
