My Sonos Voice Control won't install

I'm not sure if it's a Beam or Internet issue, the mic just stopped responding to my queries. I uninstalled SVA then when I'm trying to install it, the installation takes a long time and fail afterwards. Even Alexa won't install. Any ideas? I already tried reset and rebooting my phone it still won't install.

I also have this issue.

 

PS. On a related tip, for anyone struggling to get Alexa installed, you might have to remove the Amazon Shopping app to force login on the web ;)  That worked for me.
