First of all the App (I know, shocking right) is incredibly confusing and ambiguous, and isn’t clear if voice control is actually installed on my Move 2 or not. Some sections appear to say it is, but I think this is partly because the app doesn’t off doesn’t always clearly differentiate between individual speakers or global system settings.
 

When I try to add Sonos voice control to ‘another speaker’, the Move 2 appears and I follow the onscreen directions, but it always fails after a few minutes.

 

The mic button on the back is on, by the top one is off, and it just flashes for a while when I press it.

 

All firmware and software up to date at time of posting. I have tried a factory reset but doesn’t help. 
 

Is there another I can try, or is yet another broken feature I will just have to wait for to be fixed?

If you have an Amazon account logged in on your phone, please log out, close the Sonos App and then retry adding to the Move
