I’ve had Sonos one speaker with Alexa for years. I ask her to play Virgin radio or even bbc radio 1 or 2 and she says “playing virgin radio from Lianne’s radio” then plays nothing.
it was working the other day, any ideas.

You may find that the sharing token between Amazon & Sonos just needs to be reauthorised… goto the Amazon Alexa App and remove the Sonos Skill and give it a minute or so and then re-add the skill back to the App and allow it to scan/discover new devices (it usually won’t find any new products). When complete, see if the voice service then works for you.
Tried this but still doesn’t seem to work 🤷♀️
For BBC Radio 1 you may find you need the ‘BBC Sounds’ Skill installed in the Alexa App .. the ‘BBC Sounds’ service is also now available for the Sonos App too, so (if not added already) maybe see if installing that free service will get things working for you.
