Have you tried Airplay to the speaker? Or Bluetooth? Both work great with the Era 100.
+24Sonos are not designed as PC speakers and have many limitations for this scenario. Why are you thinking Sonos would be a good idea for a sole speaker?
Sonos are designed to be all-home wireless speakers, for music and TV audio.
