Just moved my One to our sommerhouse, and after resetting it, and adding it to the system, there is suddenly no sound settings (available) in the app.
On my wifes iPhone she has the EQ settings, but I do not on Android
Any advice

Reinstalled the app and now the settings are back
Force closing and reopening the app can restore the missing EQ, although you may have to do so multiple times.
Completely removing and reinstalling the app is usually the best action to take when this occurs.
Removing the app and reinstalling it worked.... untill the next I opened the app, the the EQ settings were gone AGAIN .
