Sorry to hear that. I would like to know if this error that you are getting on the Sonos One. does it say something about update?

Please make sure the sonos app is date up and as well the latest version of the Sonos One.

Det er en fejl jeg har set engang imellem. Jeg ved nogen får det løst ved at bruge en anden telefon/tablet til at opdatere.
Ellers kan man bruge en PC med sonos appen til at opdatere. Så skulle du gerne kunne fuldfører opsætningen.
Håber det lykkedes, så du kan bruge din Sonos One til julen.
