Connect only sends sound out to right channel

Connect only sends sound out to right channel. I have sent diagnostics nr. [redacted]. My Sonos is up to date with latest update.

Sending a diagnostic only puts the data on the Sonos support server, to have it looked at you must contact them.

Have you tried swapping the left and right speaker wires? The left and right input wires if using them?

Unfortunately here in Scandinavia Sonos support cannot be contaced unless via telephone call during daytime. Yes, the behaviour is still present by switching the channels. It seems as if I start YouTube with mono sound, the sound is correctly sent to both stereo channels. If I start Apple TV with stereo sound, only the right channel works. Weird behaviour I would say

It’s perhaps equally troubling that this forum isn’t a conduit to Sonos support, just the public in general. Occasionally, you’ll get a moderator from Sonos to step in and respond, but we in the public don’t have access to that information in your diagnostic, so our guesses are based on prior reports, personal experience, and what you’ve said in your post.
