SmartThings Amp

My SmartThings Hub can’t find my 3 Amp. I have try connected Amp by ethernet and wifi. My other speaker (Play1, Play5, Symfonisk) work great with SmartThings. But my Amp isn’t find.

I have try with the Search near by and by the Sonos make.

My SmartThings Hub is connected by ethernet on the same network.

How can I have my Amp in the ST Hub ?

Have you tried unplugging the Amp from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your router and phone?

Yes and it’s the same result. Only the Amp was not found in ST but all work in Sonos app
