Hi, since Denon managed to adopt Siri to their speakers, while using at least one homepod in the system, are you also planning to catch up? Thanks in advance, Thomas

Hi @tstar90

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.

Not that I am aware of. In addition, Siri has been around for a long time already and we have our own voice service, so it does not seem likely.

Please don’t take this as a definite answer, however - I just don’t know.

This is all assuming you are not talking about the functionality that uses AirPlay and already exists, of course, :

Add Sonos to the Apple Home app

  1. Open the Apple Home app "+" symbol in the top right corner

  2. Tap Add Accessory.

  3. Choose More Options...

  4. Tap the Sonos product you want to add.

  5. Pick the same room name used in the Sonos app.

Example commands

Hey Siri, play some hip-hop in the kitchen.

Hey Siri, turn it up in the living room.

Hey Siri, play Beats 1 radio in the bedroom.

Hey Siri, play some jazz in the living room and kitchen.

I hope this helps.
