Is it possible to make my Echo Show play the same song as my Sonos speaker? I already set it up so that the Echo Show can play songs on Sonos with voice control.

As far as I know this is possible only with a wire connection from a Show to Sonos, where both units have the necessary audio out and in jacks. The Echo will be muted in that case, so I doubt that even this will serve your need.
