I have a Sonos system integrated with Control4. One Sonos ARC in the living room and a Sonos Amp in the dining room.

When operating thru Control4 app, if I select to watch something in the living room (where there’s a Sonos ARC), that works fine, but then I am not able to group the dining room. The room just don’t appear as available to be grouped. Looks like the Control4 cannot see the path between the zones, when I am in the “Watch” activity.

When I select to “Listen” something in the living room, the grouping thru Control4 works fine.

I have tried several connections in the driver (between the TV and the Sonos), all of them (digital, analogic, home theater input), and never was able to group the dining room when using the “watch” activity.

This IS a Control4 two-way driver/module issue, that you should contact Control4 about, since you are using the Control4 remote/controller to initiate the grouping. If the grouping works using the Sonos app, I suspect there is something that needs to be fixed in their driver.
