Can I stream the same music through my Echo and my Sonos Beam at the same time?

I have my Beam set up in my living room, an Echo in my bedroom, and an Echo Dot connected (via aux) to a non-Sonos speaker in my kitchen. Is it possible to play the same music (e.g, on one Spotify account) on the Beam and the Echo devices at the same time? If not, is my only alternative to be able to stream music throughout my apartment to add more Sonos speakers to my ecosystem?

No, they have very different syncing mechanisms. You are correct that you would need more Sonos devices to play synchronized music.
