Hello
as the title says, I’ve added my arc to HomeKit, have restarted everything, but it’s showing as not playing no matter what I do. Any ideas?

I don’t believe the Home app will show the Arc as playing when music is being played using the Sonos app or if playing TV audio. It probably has something to do with the fact that the Sonos app only acts as a controller for the speakers. But if you AirPlay music directly from another iOS app like Apple Music or Amazon Music, the Home app will display what the speaker is playing.
