I bought this 2 years ago! And i think it was introduced 2020? Is there already an end of support date announced for this product?

It’s likely because the device has been superseded by the ‘new’ Move 2. Sonos have stated in the past that they will continue to support their products at least upto 5 years after they are no longer manufactured - so it’s a good while yet …and even then, Sonos have continued to provide support for products a lot longer than that stated period, so I would not worry too much about these things.
