Why are Sonos products so hard to use?

I just wanted a pair of Bluetooth speakers that I could stereo pair. I didn’t realize that WiFi was required, and I wouldn’t be able to use the Move with the Arc. My bad for not researching enough $800+ down the tubes. I truly despise these speakers. The delay alone with my Mac makes them near unusable. As a retired technology product owner, I can’t believe this company is still in business.

Did you find what you were looking for?

I fully agree with you: you should have done better research. 😜

LOL. Thank you @nik9669a, sincerely. After all the headaches with these Sonos products, I feel like the fool that was taken to the cleaners. You have allowed me some commiseration. Moving forward, I may use this forum when I’m feeling down (in general) to respond and like other dissatisfied Sonos customers’ posts. Maybe it will save someone else the pain and financial loss that I have experienced, and make me feel like I’m adding some value, while relieving some stress (or maybe adding to it?).
