I have used SONOS forever. I have two new Move 2 u it’s in a room. They play fine as separate units. When I try to pair them as a stereo unit, I get an error from the app. It cannot find two compatible units to pair. The Move 2s are the latest abs same firmware version and my app is up to date.

i have factory reset the units twice and rebooted multiple times.

I have two Give units that pair with no issue.

is this just another glitch in the new app?

I reset both speakers for a third time and this time it seems to be working.

Hi @GB

Thanks for your post! And, apologies for the delay.

Sorry to hear of the issue you had in trying to pair your Move 2s together. Looking at your system now, it looks like you might have solved this problem already?

Please let me know if you are still having a problem with your Move 2s - I’ll be happy to assist.
