Bonjour tout le monde,

jusque là j'étais tranquille et serein avec mes 2 petites Sonos Roam couplé en paire stéréo. N'arrivant pas à intégrer Tidal dans l'interface Sonos, je me suis dit... Tentons une mise à jours. Pour une enceinte R.A.S. Pour l'autre.... Ça clignote rouge et blanc. Impossible de l'éteindre ou de faire un reset.. Que faire ? Appelez le support ? Mais comment peuvent il intervenir sur l'enceinte ? Merci pour votre éventuelle aide. Bonne et douce fin d'année Gaetan

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had issues trying to update your Sonos Roam.

The flashing red and white LED means that the speaker failed to update, according to our LED light support article. You do have to reboot the Roam differently than our other speakers, which may be why you aren’t able to turn it off. I’d advise against any Factory Resets and instead perform the following steps:

Standard Reboot

  1. Disconnect Roam from charging cables and remove it from wireless chargers.
  2. Hold the power button on the back of your Roam product for at least five seconds until you hear the power-off tone and the light above the Sonos logo turns off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Press the power button on the back of Roam to turn it back on.

Force Reboot

If your Roam appears to be stuck or frozen, you can perform a Force Reboot by holding down the button on the back of Roam for 15 seconds, or until light above the Sonos logo turns on again.

If that doesn’t help, then the next step is to contact our support team.

Vous devez redémarrer le Roam différemment de nos autres enceintes, ce qui peut expliquer pourquoi vous ne pouvez pas l'éteindre. Je vous déconseille toute réinitialisation d'usine et je vous conseille plutôt d'effectuer les étapes suivantes:

Redémarrage standard

  1. Déconnectez le Roam des câbles de charge et retirez-le des chargeurs sans fil.
  2. Maintenez le bouton d'alimentation à l'arrière de votre produit Roam enfoncé pendant au moins cinq secondes jusqu'à ce que vous entendiez le ton de mise hors tension et que la lumière au-dessus du logo Sonos s'éteigne.
  3. Attendez 10 secondes.
  4. Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation à l'arrière du Roam pour le rallumer.

Redémarrage Forcé
