Why do my two moves fail time and time.again to work? So I hold the button for five.seconds to turn it off. Yet when I go to use it a week later the battery is half or more drained. When I try to set up Bluetooth in the right sun it's impossible to see the blue led, but more frustrating is it's failure to be recognized as a device when trying to play music. Maybe the new moves have solved these problems but I don't think I'd risk that they have. No new moves for me. Between the battery losing charge and the connection issues I'm done with this part of the Sonos system.

Moves have failed me too many times to count. No more for me.

Depending on how old your Moves are, and how many charging cycles they’ve been through, it may be that the batteries are near the end of their lifespan. There’s info here: Charging Sonos Move
Do you use the battery saver feature? Battery settings for portable Sonos products
And if you need to: Replace the battery in your Sonos Move or Move 2
