i get steady rec light on roam when plugged in. it does not respond to any buttons for reset or power off.  When off charger get no light and definitely doesn’t respond.  it’s failed off my system toi

Have you read the LED states FAQ? 

I’d probably call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.


I recently contacted Sonos support about the same topic.  They were fantastic.  Call them and explain your problem.  They will stand by their product!!
