Sonos Roam won't switch on

Hi, my Roam is one-year old, I cannot switch it on anymore. It’s supposed to be charged, when I charge it, the orange LED is on for 5 seconds, but nothing happens when I press the button on the back to switch it on (no sound, no white LED on the front). Any idea what’s happening?

If holding the power button on the back of the Roam for approximately 15 seconds does not help matters, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Hi, my SONOS Roam came back to life, suddenly, and seems to be working just fine again. Not sure what happened, I may have been holding the power button long enough…
