Hello,

I bought a a month ago a Sonos Roam and for a week it started to turn off by itself while I'm listening to music. 

It's very annoying and I don't understand why.…

How were you streaming the music.  Was it over WiFi, Bluetooth or Airplay2? Also if over WiFi what music service? Last, what type of network do you have… is it a router/modem or Mesh and does the former include range extenders/access points.
