Sonos roam mute button is stuck on solid green

It's been a week since we could use our Roam. The mute button is stuck on solid green.

You can try a forced restart by holding the power button for about 15 seconds.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, our Roam doesn’t respond to that approach . The battery finally became completely discharged so it did faux reset. This little speaker is great when it works, but it does something frustrating every 7-10 days. Our Move is a solid, easy to use delight (albeit heavier to carry around.

I would suggest that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
