Sonos Roam 2. second time dead now. Last time I had help from SonoS Service, thank you, great serviceđ. It happens again. Tried out Standard reboot, forced restart and factory settings. Nothing works. Status at the time is red light while charging and nothing else. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your second Roam.
As before, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
