Hi @Ang1593

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.

Looking at your account, I can see that your Roam is currently online. However, you have set it up as a separate system from your other speakers - as the Sonos app can only connect to one system at a time, and is presumably always finding the One SLs first, the Roam will never show up in the app unless you unplug the One SLs from power.

Please open your Sonos app and ensure it is connecting to your One SLs. Next, factory reset the Roam. When it has a flashing green light, go back to the Sonos app and you should that it is offering to add your Roam to your existing system - go through the process, and you should end up with an app showing all three speakers.

I hope this helps.

Hi @Ang1593

Glad to hear that you got it working! Thanks for updating the thread.

What was going wrong that you needed to reset 3 times?
