First and foremost I fully enjoy my Sonos speakers. Recently purchased the Sonos Roam. Amazing speaker with great sound! However, I notice everyday I come home from work, it's turned on knowing I turned it off. First, why?? Secondly, will this ever change?? The Roam never leaves the charger if I want to be able to use this thing. Can and will there ever be an update to fix this?? Thanks in advance, Greg

The Roam stays ‘on’ ready to play when left on its charger.
Off the charger you can switch off the device manually, or use the ‘battery saver’ feature. See this link for additional information:
