sonos roam

My Sonos Roam product goes through the add product process, and then when it goes to the final step of connecting to my wireless network it won’t connect. My other Sonos products all connected easily to my network. Any thoughts? I did a factory reset twice.

Factory resets are not useful, usually, they erase data that Sonos uses to help you. I)p’d recommended that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Any special non alpha-numeric characters in your SSID name? - have you tried security mode WPA2 personal (if not tried already).

Are you using a compatible Android/iOS mobile controller and does your setup meet the system requirements mentioned in these two links:
