I have a pair of Sonos Moves that I planned on connecting to my laser projector, and promptly found out that the Sonos Move is incapable of connecting to a device via Bluetooth once they are stereo paired. So, you have to unpaired them and connect to only one. Even then, I had no control over volume even on the buttons on top of the Sonos. Furthermore, once you are done you have to go through the whole stereo pairing process so it really is a pain in the ass. Love Sonos, but the Bluetooth situation is horrible. Do we have to find a workaround or are we stuck this way?

Unfortunately the Move doesn’t support playing Bluetooth audio while connected as a stereo pair. The Move 2 supports this feature though as long as the Move 2 is connected to WiFi. Read more here:

I made the purchase of a $600 projector based on having read that “The Sonos Move connects with the Anker Nebula” and the night I was trying to make them work was a night I won’t soon regret.

I’m pleased for you that you found it such a positive experience.
