Hi,

 

Alexa responds that it is playing something but nothing comes out.  I can play via the Sonos app fine.  I have tried with Spotify, tune in, Apple Music, Amazon music with no luck.  Very disappointed!

This issue typically happens when the system gets confused about the combination of accounts and devices in use. Please disable the Sonos skill from within the Alexa app, then enable it again. You’ll need your Sonos login details.

When you open the Alexa app, please tap More in the bottom-right corner, then choose Skill & Games. Go to Your Skills, then find Sonos and tap on it. Now press Disable Skill. Once that’s done, tap Enable to Use and sign in when prompted.

Once sign-in is complete, please test - Alexa should now repeat the command and follow it.
