I have a Sonos Move and Move 2. I moved wifi and am looking to set them up as a system on the new wifi. I open the system settings in the app and select “update network”. I follow all the steps and everything seems to work. I click done and none of my products are connected and it asks if I’d like to update the network. This is like Groundhog Day and horribly frustrating so any help would be great

I’m sorry to hear you are unable to update the network for your Sonos Move and Sonos Move 2.

I would suggest a network connection refresh by rebooting your Router and Sonos.
