This is utter garbage.

I’ve spent £1000s on Sonos and I’ve got a Move that’s a few years old, gets occasional usage. Was working fine, plenty of battery, next day totally dead. I get a solid orange light on the charge indicator and nothing else.

I can’t reset it, I can’t charge it. I can’t email support for help.

 

I see this is a very common problem for Roam and an occasional problem for Move. I’m posting here because I’m frustrated that this happening and there’s no easy effective way to get support. ChatBot is telling me sleep timers are coming back soon.
