Sonos Move problem with account linking

Hi!
i have a problem with my Sonos Move. I try to connect my Sonos Move but when it comes to “linking the system to your account”, Nothing Happens. it keeps loading but nothing happens, i tried everything my nothing works, does someone have any idea?

Is this a new/used device that is being added to an existing Sonos system, or are you creating a new system? Are you using the S1 or S2 App?
