Hi. My sonos move (original model) won't activate microphone. Led stays off, touch button does not respond. Have tried with and without all the other vouce control options. Have reset and rejoined several times. Maybe a problem with the capacitive button?

Same issue. Can’t toggle on via touch or app. No voice assistant set up nor do I want one, just want to use the trueplay tuning.
anecdotally, it’s busted on my play base as well. Just hangs when trueplay wants to start.
