so disappointed in Sonos

customer service cannot help 

called twice

will not  power on at all

 

should i even waste my money with another one

It’s always frustrating when kit fails. It is probably covered by a 12-month warranty - have you checked your purchase date? If replacing, Sonos does usually offer a rather rare (if not unique?) discount on replacement kit. 


Your profile doesn’t say what country you’re in. There are a few companies offering repair services for Sonos speakers. Also: in the uk we have fuses in the plug of the power cable. Have you checked fuse/alternative power cord?


How are you attempting to charge the unit? The included charging ring? A USB power supply? Note the USB power requirements.


Charging using both the ring and USB 

and I am in the US 

and the warranty is out 

i think i may go a different route for  next speaker
