It always did but went flat whilst i was away and wont reconnect. I used the sonos all to reset the network and rebooted . It still will not show as connected.

That seems odd. I’d try another network refresh, as the order of operations is important. Power off completely your Sonos Move, then reboot your router. Wait two minutes, then power back on your Move. Unless there has been some change to your network, the Move should reconnect in a couple of minutes, as it needs to boot up.
There are more drastic options, if needed, but they erase everything from your Move, including all settings you have made, and logs that might help Sonos help you.
Ultimately, it isn’t a bad idea to call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
