sonos move, no lights, no charge, nothing

Move bought about 8 months ago has stopped doing anything. 
 

Wont charge with ring, no lights through usb. 
 

Cant read a voltage at the two pins on the ring. 
 

Pushing and holding reset buttons doesn’t do anything. 
 

It’s effectively bricked. 
 

Anything I can do?

If there is no voltage across the pins , the power supply might be dead … The move’s battery might just be depleted … only action would be to contact support … they are usually good at sorting out defective gear… give them a call…

Went through the returns process. New unit turned up. 
 

Not sure what the fault was.
