Hi all

i recently bought a beam 2 and a move and the move is not visible in the app. I checked previous post (rebooting, restarting…) but still a problem.

I have not found any solution (except returning the move), anybody can help?

Is the Move powered on and on the charging base? Have you rebooted your router? What model router are you using?

thanks for your help. Yes the move is on the base, plugged and charged.I am using the a internet provider box. I can send some music on the move from Spotify but cannot use the Sonos app to manage the devices to use.

If you move the Move closer to the router and restart the Sonos app, does it make any difference?
