Sonos Move doesn't switch on

Hi, until last weekend Sonos move (a bit more than a year old) worked as it should. No it is dead silent, ie looks like battery is completely dead. Doesn't charge with USB C nor at the charging base. What should I do next?

It maybe best to just contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK  and see what the Staff can suggest to resolve the issue.
