It is normal for the speaker Sonos Move that the battery drains quickly, even though I turn off the speaker itself by press and hold the power button for about five seconds?

No it’s not normal - depending on room temperature, if you fully power it off (whilst off its charger) it should lose approx. 1% or 2% in a 24 hour period - if it’s put in standby, then obviously it will lose more charge and the amount may depend on whether the battery saver mode is activated in its room settings.
