I have connected my move 2 to my WiFi and it says it will appear on the app once I turn it off and on again but then it never does. Please help.
How is your network/ wifi set up?
Just a router or any other devices like e. g. wifi extenders?
Wifi channels 2,4 and 5 GHz are set fixed?
honestly its a pretty wonky system. I am using my apartment wifi that is given when you move in, so I am assuming it uses a wifi extender for my specific apartment. in order to have devices be able to use the wifi I have to enter the MAC number on the acccount that is connected to the apartment website. It took a little while to figure all of that out but I finally got it connected but now it just doesnt work. Do i have to get like my own seperate wifi? Please let me know, thanks!
Yes, that probably seems to be the issue. Sonos doesn’t work with any kind of business network solutions using a landingpage to sign in. You also don’t know the network design behind that.
I recommend you use your own network router if possible.
