I currently have a Sonos amp powering a two sets of outdoor speakers. Can I also connect a Roam wirelessly with this configuration?

Depends on what you mean by ‘wirelessly’. If your outside area has WiFi coverage from your router, yes. The speakers connected to your Amp don’t create a network, though.
Yes. I’m looking to connect 2 pairs of wired speakers AND a Roam speaker (via Wi-Fi) to one (1) Amp.
