Roam will not turn on

Neither would one of my two Roams (bought in 2021). Online chat w Sonos 5/12/24 resulted in them kindly replacing it. As soon as I received the replacement yesterday, my 2nd Roam died! Now trying to get a human online or on phone to discuss it. Is the lifespan of these things 3 year max???
