Just bought a roam yesterday. I’m having issues with the Wi-Fi not connecting and the device not being recognized by my phone app. I literally have to reset my router anytime I wanna use it…
Also, as an aside, the power button sucks and it sucks that it’s combined with the Bluetooth pairing.
Think I might return the device.
You might be experiencing WiFi interference. What router are you using?

ROAM BUTTON FUNCTIONS:
Press the button - Puts Roam into sleep mode/wakes Roam from sleep mode/powers on Roam
Press and hold button until you hear a second tone and the LED light flashes blue - Puts Roam in Bluetooth pairing mode
Press and hold button for 5 seconds until you hear a chime - Powers off Roam completely
