My Roam stopped working.  I can’t even reset it by holding the power button.  I’m not quite ready to give up trying to get it to work, but I’ve tried everything!  Any suggestions?  It’s plugged in with a solid orange light.

Seems to be a fairly common issue. Incidentally one I have also just realised my Roam seems to be suffering from. I think contacting support is the only real way forward.


Thanks, I really like the Roam, but if I can’t get it going I hesitate to buy another one.


Not sure I understand. Nothing in @Kristoffer Peterhänsel ‘s response suggested purchasing another. Merely contacting Sonos Support directly to discuss the issue, and potentially get a resolution. 


All I meant was if support couldn’t help me, I’d hesitate to buy another.  But I did contact support, they were unable to help me get it going since I had already tried everything they suggested.  However, the support team is fantastic because even though my warranty expired a couple of years ago, they are sending me a new Roam.  I just have to return the one I have, which is no problem because they also sent a prepaid label - all I have to do is take it to UPS.

It means a great deal to consumers to have a product that has excellent customer service and Sonos definitely has that going for them.
