roam reboot

no response on Roam when pressing and holding power button. orange light is flashing but not connected to power.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Sonos Roam. 

Our LED light support article explains what each colour does: a flashing orange LED would mean the battery is below 15% if you’re holding the power button. Try leaving the Roam for an hour while charging, or try a different charging cable, then see if you can power on your Roam.

It’s also possible that the LED is flashing red instead of orange. If it is, then that would mean the Roam is in an error state or the battery is failing to charge. If the Roam LED is flashing red or trying different chargers don’t help resolve this, then please contact our support team to troubleshoot further with them.

It might be worth checking the power source, too. Make sure the Roam is ‘getting’ what it needs when charging.
