I have been using Roam for a few months and recently it is. I longer detectable in my products list. Attempted the factory reset many times with Roam fully charged. No Orange/White or Green light sequence every occurred. Stayed white entire time.  

Try shutting off the Roam by pressing and holding the button on the back for five seconds until you hear a descending chime. Then reboot your router and phone. Power on the Roam and see if it shows up in the app.

This didn’t work. Any other options?

Did you do the Roam factory reset using it’s play/pause button from its fully powered-off state (not sleep mode). The process is outlined here for the Roam & Roam SL…
