Roam won’t respond to power button, nor does it show the red light at the base when plugged in. Any ideas?

+21Have you tried a different power brick? Also try pressing the power button for 10 seconds.
Thanks your quick response - yes tried three power sources and three cables - and pressed the power button for 15 seconds.
It’s been working perfectly up until yesterday - it’s just stopped!!

She Who Must Be Obeyed has been pressing buttons - and she got the orange light flashing - and it is now working on Bluetooth with Boom Radio from my iPhone - YAY - but now there is no orange light even when plugged in …
Any ideas? Still a dead battery problem?
Now, if I plug it into my iPad Mini 3.0 amp supply, the orange light comes on - and after about 3 or 4 seconds fades and goes off. But still playing Boom Radio here in Tenerife on Bluetooth …
