The roam in my office just stop working. Doesn’t seem to take a charge unless directly connected to a usb-c.

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Roam speaker!

Are you able to turn it on? If so, please hold the power button at the back for approximately 15 seconds until you hear another chime. This will force the speaker to do a full reboot, and as the charging is controlled by software, it may help with the issue you are having.

If you are not able to turn the speaker on, please leave it charging via USB overnight and try again tomorrow (assuming you have not already tried this).

If you continue to have issues with your Roam, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
