My roam is offline. I can’t turn it off to reebot 
nothing works. The light is either orange or blinking orange

How long did you press the power button for?It takes a good 10 seconds to turn it off completely.

There could be a few things wrong here. What is the rating of the charger you’re using? The Roam requires 7.5W at 5V (1.5 Amps) though 10W is recommended (2A).
To turn the Roam off takes just 5 seconds, but if you hold the button for 12 it will force a reboot - it sounds like this may be needed.
If the battery is below 15%, it may take some extra charge time for the Roam to turn on - it will only do so once the battery gets above that level.
If none of this helps, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to what the Roam reports.
